Our commitment
ABA Health, LLC d/b/a CareThread360 wants everyone who visits carethread360.com — including people who use assistive technology — to be able to find information and get in touch with us. Our goal is for this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we’ve done
- Every form field has a visible label that is programmatically linked to it, and required fields and errors are announced to screen readers.
- Our home page and this page can be used with a keyboard alone — with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link — and use headings and landmarks so assistive technology can navigate them.
- Text and interface colors are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Product illustrations include text descriptions, and the site respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.
Ongoing work
We test new pages before they are published and review the site periodically. Accessibility is ongoing work, and some content may not yet fully meet our goal.
